Pablo Espinosa holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. He began his career as an architect, designing projects throughout Latin America before moving to New York to complete his graduate studies. He later chose San Diego to continue his professional career, where he has spent the past decade leading projects as both a developer and contractor. Most recently, Pablo served as Chief Operating Officer of a large-scale general contractor focused exclusively on affordable housing, overseeing approximately $200 million in annual construction volume. His experience spans design, entitlement, development strategy, and construction execution, bringing a fully integrated perspective to every project.

Denise Bouquet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design Tecnológico de Monterrey a Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design from the Lorenzo de’ Medici Institute In Florence Italy, and an Advanced Certificate from Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. She has a proven track record of enhancing project performance through interior design that is both forward-thinking and timeless. Denise has transformed investment townhomes, condominiums, and single-family homes using highly value-conscious budgets that consistently outperform market expectations. Her work maximizes usability and spatial efficiency while delivering cohesive, elegant environments. Drawing from experience in industrial design, jewelry, fashion, and broader manufacturing disciplines, she brings a refined attention to detail, ergonomics, durability, and craftsmanship to every project.
